me the map.

I didn't come from six figures, and for a long time I couldn't reach them either. I spent years in the same title, stuck just under the roles I actually wanted, with no idea how to level up or in which direction. What I did have was a front-row seat. I supported the people who had already made it, and I paid attention: to how they moved, what they knew, and the doors they walked through that I couldn't see yet.

Then I became a mom, and a ceiling stopped being something I could live with. Waiting to be noticed wasn't an option anymore, so I stopped waiting. I went looking for the answers myself, and slowly, I found my way around.

What I learned is that leveling up is less about working harder and more about how you move. You seek instead of wait. You strategize, then stay disciplined on the ordinary days no one claps for. You let the growing pains be part of it, feel them, and come back clear-headed instead of staying in the hard. You take care of yourself first, because you can't pour from empty, and someone is always counting on you (even if, some days, that someone is a very needy cat). You get daring enough to try the thing that scares you. And you make your calls with discernment, then bring other women with you, because rising alone was never the point.

That's what Empress is: everything I wish someone had spilled for me. The roles, the raises, the resources, and the systems nobody explains. No shortcuts, no gatekeeping, no pretending it was luck. Just a plan you can actually run, on your own timeline.
